DDA Housing Scheme 2022: Registration, Flat Price, Last Date, Draw Result

A special DDA Housing Scheme has been launched by the Delhi Development Authority. The deadline to apply for the DDA Housing Scheme is February 16, 2021. The registration process will be completed online using the AWAAS software, and the scheme will be linked to the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Housing for All credit-linked subsidy scheme (Urban). 18000 flats in various categories are available through this housing scheme in locations such as Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Jasola, Paschim Vihar, and Narela. High-income group 3 BHK flats are available in Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Paschim Vihar, and Dwarka under Scheme 202. Vasant Kunj has three high-income groups with 2 BHK flats, while Dwarka, Narela, and Rohini each have 976 middle-income groups with 2 BHK flats. Aside from that, this special housing scheme offers 11452 low-income group 1 BHK flats. There are also 5702 flats available for economically disadvantaged sections.

This time, a candidate can select the type of flat they want in the society by paying ‘preferential location charges’ (PLC), which will be 1.5 percent to 3% of the total cost of the flat. The date of the draw will be declared, and if the candidate does not receive a flat, the money will be refunded to his or her bank account 30 days after the lottery draw.

  • The candidate must not own a flat or any other residential real estate in Delhi in his or her name, or the name of his or her spouse or dependent child.
  • Both husband and wife can apply for the scheme separately, but only one allotment can be kept if both are accepted.
  • Anyone who has already received or been assigned a house/flat from the DDA or another agency, even if it is less than 66.9 square meters, is ineligible for the scheme.
  • In a jointly owned property, the applicant’s share must be less than 66.9 meters.

Eligibility Criteria 

Applicants who want to apply for the DDA Housing Scheme must fulfill the eligibility criteria put forward by the Government of India. The eligibility criteria for DDA Housing Scheme 2022 are as follows

  • The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
  • The applicant must be at least eighteen years old.
  • Both husband and wife can apply for flats separately, as long as they meet the eligibility requirements; however, if both are declared successful, only one will be assigned a flat, and the other’s application fee will be refunded.
  • The applicant’s individual or joint income must not exceed Rs 3 lakh per year, and the household income must not exceed Rs 10 lakh per year if they are applying for economically backward section flats.
  • The candidate can only apply once, either as an individual or as a joint or co-applicant.
  • In the application form, the applicant must provide information about his or her bank account.
  • Other categories have no income requirements.
  • The candidate must have a valid account number.

  • The homepage of the website will open on the screen.
  • Click on the DDA Housing Scheme link
  • Once you will click on the link, the registration form will open on the screen
  • Now, fill in the form with all the required details like PAN, Aadhar card number, mobile number
  • A Time Password i.e., OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
  • Enter the received OTP in the specified space
  • Now, log in to the DDA website using your PAN number, and every time you will log in,  an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
  • Now, Select the scheme and unit type
  • After that, make the payment using NEFT/RTGS or net banking,
  • Note that credit cards and debit cards are not accepted
