Gujarat Digital Seva Setu Yojana is a really revolutionary and beneficial scheme launched by the government of Gujarat which is going to provide optical fiber networks to 3500 village panchayats across the state. This scheme is one of the very first digital initiatives in India by a state government. The scheme was initially launched on 8th October 2020. Now the citizens residing in the villages need not go to the district or taluka headquarter office for government administration works. Digital Seva Setu Programme Phase I
In phase I the program was initiated in around 2700 villages across the state of Gujarat. Till December of 2020, 8000 village panchayats had high-speed internet service. This scheme is going to provide a historic administrative revolution to all of the residents of Gujarat. Around 83% of the optical fiber network has been laid out. At Gandhinagar, gram panchayats will connect to the data center.

14,000-gram panchayats in the Gujarat state will cover under the program and citizens will get the following benefits

Registration Procedure Gujarat Digital Seva Setu Yojana 2022
- To register, you have to go to the official website of the digital seva setu
- From the home page go to the Register option which is available in the top right corner
- A registration form will open on the computer screen
- Enter the details in the application form including
- Mobile number
- Password
- Confirm password
- Enter captcha code
- Hit the save button and you will receive a verification code on the registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP and hit confirm the option, follow the screen, and complete the registration process
- A successful registration message will show on the screen at last

- From the home page go to the services option and the drop-down list will open
- Select the citizen services option and the service list will open on the screen
- Select the service name to see the instructions and document you need to apply for the service.

- Log in with the portal and the user dashboard will open on the screen
- Select the “+request a new service” option available in the menu bar
- Search the service by entering in the search bar or selecting “+request a new service” given on the right side under the search bar
- A list of services will show on the screen, select the required service
- After filling in all the information, click to continue to service option
- A popup message will open, select the continue option
- Complete the information on the screen and select the next button
- Make a payment of the fee and complete the process
