What Is Mother Teresa Scholarship 2023?

A new welfare scheme for minority communities has been launched by the government of Kerala to promote higher education in the state. With the help of the Mother Teresa Scholarship, financial assistance will be provided to the minority communities such as Shikh Muslim Buddha Parsis Jains, and Christian to continue the Paramedical/ Nursing courses. The whole procedure of this scheme is handled by the Department of Minority Welfare and the department of college education. Mother Teresa Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
  • An applicant must be a permanent resident of Kerala
  • An applicant must belong to the minority community such as Muslim, Sikh, Budha, Parsis, Jain and Christian
  • The annual family income of the candidates should not exceed more than 8 lakhs per annum
  • He or she must be an applicant of Nursing/ Paramedical Diploma courses.
