Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant should be an Indian citizen resident of Madhya Pradesh
- An Applicant should be a student studying in classes 11th, 12th, graduates & Ph.D. level programs.
- Applicant must belong to scheduled caste or scheduled tribe category
- The annual income of the applicant’s family should not be more than 6 lakh rupees.
- The parents of the applicant must not be a government employee

- From opened page you need to select “new beneficiary profile registration” link
- The form will open on the screen, start entering the details like

- Gender
