Online Application Process Under National Scholarship Exam
To apply for the scholarship through the online method you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- First, go to the NSE Webpage of the scholarship
- The homepage will be displayed on your screen.
- Click on ‘Apply Now ‘ to begin the scholarship registration process.
- A new page will be displayed on your screen.
- Read all of the instructions carefully.

The applicant must follow the following terms and conditions to apply for the scholarship:-
- The national scholarship exam question paper consists of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Each question in the national scholarship exam question paper will have four alternatives.
- The students can choose the correct answer from these four alternatives.
- The national scholarship exam syllabus includes the following four subjects:
- Mathematics and general science
- General knowledge
- Reasoning and analytical
- Comprehension
- Each subject contains 25 marks. Therefore, the national scholarship exam question paper has a total of 100 questions.
- Each question in the national scholarship exam question paper will carry one mark. Therefore the total marks for the national scholarship question paper are 100 marks.
- The national scholarship examination is for 90 minutes (1.5 hours), with no negative markings.
- The students should pay INR 400 as the national scholarship exam fee. If they fail to make the payment, the organizers will reject their applications.
- The students who submit the application forms after the last date should pay INR 50 as late fees.
- The candidates who apply through the online mode will have their username and password on their national scholarship exam admit card.
