Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be born between 2 June 2014 to 1 June 2015
- The annual income of the applicant’s family belonging to the SC/ ST category should not be more than 200000 per annum, the OBC category should not be more than rupees 1 lakh per annum and the general category should not be more than rupees 68000 per annum.

- Now click on the “Online Application” link
- Select the New Application option if not registered with the portal before
- Enter the details in the registration form and register yourself
- If already registered then log in by using Registration Number and Date Of Birth
- Fill out the complete application form and hit submit it
- Registration/Application ID will be generated, note it down and keep safe for future

- Download the form and take a print of it
