About RTE Tamil Nadu Admission 2023
Education is the basic fundamental right of every citizen in India. In order to provide basic education to students of 6 to 14 years Government of India has applied the RTE (Right to education) act 2009. Under the RTE act, 25% of seats are kept reserved in reputed private schools for Economically backward children. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility conditions set by the government can submit their applications. You may follow step by step application instructions given underneath.

Objective Of RTE Tamil Nadu Admission
The major objective of the government behind starting this scheme is to provide education to each and every student of the state. Under RTE students will get free education who belongs to the economically weaker section.
Eligibility Criteria
- The application should be a permanent resident of Tamil Nadu
- The age of that can be between 6 to 14 years
- The annual income of the applicant’s family must not be more than two lakh rupees
- Applicant must belong to economically weaker section, disadvantages group, disadvantages group special category
- While selecting the candidate preference will be given to the students who are disabled, wards of scavenger, and HIV infected
Documents Required
- Photograph of applicant
- Birth certificate
- Aadhar card or ration card of the parent or guardian
- Income certificate for weaker section candidates
- Community certificate for disadvantaged group candidates
- Disadvantaged Group Special Category Certificate
- Disability Certificate (if applicable).
- Certificate to prove wards of scavengers (if applicable).
- Certificate of Children of HIV-infected parents (if applicable).

RTE Tamil Nadu Admission 2023 Application Procedure
- To apply You have to go to the official website of Tamil Nadu RTE admission
- From the homepage of the portal click on the start application option
- The application form will open on the computer screen where you have to enter all the important details as required
- Name
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Religion
- Community
- Mobile number
- Email ID etc.
- Click the save button and a registration message will appear
- After successful registration, you have to fill the further application
- Complete the information and upload the necessary documents
- Submit the application form by hitting submit button after review
Resume RTE Tamil Nadu Admission Application Form
- Go to the official website for RTE admission
- The home page of the portal will open on the screen from where you have to click the Resume Application link.
- A new login page will appear on the screen.
- Enter the login details like username and password.
- Now click on the Login option.
- A new page will appear after that, now you can easily resume your application.

- Go to the official website of RTE admission
- Home page of the portal will open on the screen from where you have to click view school list link
- Select the district and a new page will open on the computer screen
- You can check the school list that appears on the screen
