This program was started in 1978 to honor the public service career of the late Senator and Vice President, Hubert H. Humphrey. Under this program talented young or mid-career professionals from a developing nation came to the USA to pursue non-degree graduate coursework and related practical experience for ten months.
Applicant must be an Undergraduate degree holders working professional with at least 5 years of experience not having prior experience in the United StatesDemonstrate leadership qualities record of public service in the community English language ability
Fulbright- Nehru Masters Fellowships
This fellowship is for the Indians to pursue master’s degree program at select U.S. colleges and universities in the areas of Arts and Culture Management including Heritage Conservation and Museum Studies; Economics; Environmental Science/Studies; Higher Education Administration; International Affairs; International Legal Studies; Journalism and Mass Communication; Public Administration; Public Health; Urban and Regional Planning; Women’s Studies/Gender Studies
