Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants need to get admission to one of the two-year regular TU Delft’s MSc program
- Applicant must score 80% or higher marks in a bachelor’s degree from an internationally renowned university outside the Netherlands.

- To apply you have to open the Justus & Louise Van website
- On the homepage, you will say three dots in the top right-hand corner
- Click on it and further options will appear from where you have to hit education
- A further option list will open from where you need to select the option of the practical issue
- This will open a new page from where you have to select the scholarship option
- A list of available scholarships will open on the computer screen choose “Justus & Louise Van Effen Excellence Scholarships”
- A new page along with the information will appear on the screen read all the information very carefully
- Go to the procedure section where you will get the application link
- First, you have to complete the MSc application form
- Download the scholarship application form from there by hitting the scholarship application form link
- take a printout of the application form and fill in all the significant details in it
- Upload the scholarship application form with your MSc application along with two reference letters and an English language certificate
- Complete the application form before the last date
- Review the application and submit it
