• Students who are classified as non-EU for tuition fee purposes are eligible.
• The candidate must be pursuing eligible programs that are limited to undergraduate and graduate short programs
• The candidates who have obtained an offer conditioner accept and conditioner accept are eligible to apply.
• An applicant who is taking advantage of any other tuition scholarship or not eligible.
