About Ishan Uday Scholarship 2024
A unique scholarship programme called “Ishan Uday” has been introduced to encourage the higher study and raise the percentage of North Eastern region students who graduate. The University Grants Commission (UGC) established this fellowship to give students from economically disadvantaged groups financial support. 50% of the slots under this scholarship are allocated for studies in the arts, social sciences, law, and management, and the remaining 50% are for courses in science, engineering, and medicine.
