PG Scholarships for Professional Courses for ST Students
The PG scholarship for professional courses is launched by the government of India for students of the ST category. The scholarship is being offered by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India. National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students
The National Fellowship Scheme for ST students will help all meritorious ST students pursue higher education without worrying about financial needs. All the students who have cleared their postgraduate degrees can now apply for the National Fellowship Scheme. Candidates who are older than 36 years cannot apply for the National Fellowship Scheme. The National Scholarship Scheme for ST students is to encourage the students to complete their post-graduation degree. The national scholarship is eligible in all the institutes that are registered under the Ministry Of Professional Fields.
National Overseas Scholarship for ST Students
The National Overseas Scholarship for ST students was launched by the Government of India under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. Under the national Overseas scholarship, every year 20 students from the ST category are sent abroad for their postgraduate degrees. The scholarship is given to all the students who want to pursue their education in Master’s Degree, PhD, or Post-Doctoral.
