Importance of SWAYAM Charitable Trust Aspire Scholarship 2023
SWAYAM Charitable Trust Aspire Scholarship will help the students to continue their education in prestigious institutes available in India and mainly this scholarship amount is extended towards the people who are currently studying in different Indian Institute of Technology present in India. Objective of SWAYAM Aspire Scholarship
The main objective of the Swayam Aspire Scholarship program is the availability of financial assistance to cover the cost of tuition fees of numerous IITs available in India because the cost of these types of institutes is very high. Students sometimes do not have the required amount of financial funds to continue their education and they have to take out loans which are very unethical and compromising for the students. To avoid the pressure of giving back the loans, students are presented with scholarship opportunities by the organization that they can take care of and apply accordingly. These types of opportunities are created to make education a safe space for students.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students joining the first year of B.Tech. courses at any of the following 11 institutions can apply:
- Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT-Kharagpur)
- Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT-Hyderabad)
- Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IIT-Patna)
- Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT-Delhi)
- Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-Bombay)
- Indian Institute of Technology Goa (IIT-Goa)
- Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design & Manufacturing (IIITDM) Jabalpur
- Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi)
- Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee International Institute of Information Technology Naya Raipur (IIT NR)
- Jabalpur Engineering College
- National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (NIAMT, Ranchi)
- The annual family income of the applicants should not exceed INR 6 lakh p.a from all sources.
- Only students not covered by any other scholarship scheme are eligible to apply (self-declaration from students is essentially required).
- Children of employees from Apollo Trading and Finance Private Limited, BFL Investments and Financial Consultants Pvt. Ltd., SWAYAM Charitable Trust, and Buddy4Study India Foundation are not eligible.
Benefits
- A total of 28 beneficiaries will be awarded scholarships based on the actual fee structure.
- The scholarship fund will be provided for academic expenses such as tuition fees, hostel fees, food, and related expenses.
- The duration of the scholarship will be 4 years subject to meeting the specified criteria for yearly renewal.
Documents Required
- Government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Driving License/PAN Card)
- Current year admission proof (fee receipt/admission letter/institution identity card/bonafide certificate)
- Bank account details of the applicant
- Family income proof
- Photograph of the applicant
- Statement of Purpose (SOP), describing the immediate and long-term goals of the applicants, reasons for choosing the particular institution, and reasons for being interested in the chosen field (in about 500 words)
- Passing certificates and mark sheets of Class 10 and 12
- Date of birth proof
Selection Process
- Only 28 people will be selected for the benefit of the scholarship and the scholarship is applicable for 4 years.
- The scholarship will be renewed on the basis of the performance of the applicants in graduation.
- Students will be selected for the scholarship program on the basis of the eligibility criteria which is presented by the authority and on the basis of the documents that they have submitted.
- Students can be called for an interview round which will be conducted by the authorities of the charitable trust.

- First, you have to visit the SWAYAM website of the portal by clicking on the link given here
- The homepage of the organization will open on your screen
- Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button below.
- Login to Buddy4Study using a registered ID to land on the ‘Online Application Form Page.’
- If not registered – Register at Buddy4Study with your Email/Mobile number/Gmail account
- You will now be redirected to the ‘Aspire Scholarship Program 2023-24′ application form page.
- Click on the ‘Start Application’ button to begin the application process.
- Fill in the required details in the online application form.
- Upload the required documents.
- Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and click on ‘Preview.’
- Review the preview screen to ensure that all the filled-in details are correct.
- If all the details appear correctly, click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.

Students can fill out the application form for the scholarship by visiting the official website. Make sure to apply for the scholarship before the last date to be eligible.
Students who are currently in the first year of b.tech at 11 prestigious engineering institutes presented by the organization and the annual income of the family does not exceed Rs 6 lakh can apply for the scholarship.
If you want to apply for the scholarship then we request you to submit your admission proof along with the other identification documents such as your Aadhar Card and your 10th and 12th marksheet.
