About Sainik School Scholarship Himachal Pradesh 2024

The applicant who has taken admitted to the Sainik schools presented in the Himachal Pradesh State will be eligible to get benefits of these scholarships which are available by the Ministry of Education if you are eligible for the scholarship according to the eligibility criteria then you can fill out the application form presented by the organization and be a part of the scholarship opportunity to continue your education. The Sainik School Scholarship Himachal Pradesh will be provided on a merit basis to all of the students who are eligible for admission to the organization on the basis of the competitive entrance examination which is held every year for this purpose only. • Scholarship Closing Date: 30th November 2023
• Last Date for Defect Verification: 22nd March 2024
• Later Date for Institute Verification: 22nd March 2024

Award Details

The following awards will be available to all of the candidates who are applying for this scholarship:-

• For income of Rupees 9220 per annum, 18000 will be provided.
• For income of Rupees 9221 to 10650, 15000 will be provided as the scholarship.
• For income of Rupees 10651 to 11470, Rupees 12000 will be provided as the scholarship.
• For income of above Rupees 11471, 8000 will be provided as this scholarship.

Scholarship Renewal

The scholarship will be awarded to the beneficiaries taking into consideration the recommendation made by the principal of the organization and if you want to renew your scholarship then you must have made satisfactory progress in your studies. The candidates will not be provided with this scholarship if they have any reports against discipline and no scholarship holder must be getting any other incentive in relation to the financial funds from any other source or any other organization available in the Himachal Pradesh state. The renewal will not be provided to the student who fails in any class in the scholarship and the scholarship will be immediately suspended if the student is seen breaking rules and regulations inside the school campus. The scholarship will also not be changed if there is any change in your income level.

Terms and Conditions

The applicant must follow the following terms and conditions to be a part of the prestigious scholarship program:-

• The defense ministry announces its plans to offer fee assistance to Class 6 students of the 100 schools that are to be affiliated with the Sainik School Society under a new scheme.
• The schools should follow a standard everyday uniform that the Sainik School Society will prescribe.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for the scholarship scheme:-

• The applicant must be a permanent citizen of Himachal Pradesh state
• The applicant must be studying in class 6th to class 12th.

To apply for the scholarship we will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

• The candidates will first have to visit the Sainik School website of the national scholarship portal by clicking on the link given here

• The home page will open on your screen.
• Click on the option called New Registration

• The instructions will open on your screen.
• Tick mark the declaration.
• Click on the “Continue” option.
• Enter all of the details.
• Enter name, date of birth, mobile number, gender, email ID, bank details etc.
• Enter the captcha code 
• Click the “Register” option.
• Now you have to log in using your credentials.
• Click on the option called Application Form

• The application form will be displayed on the screen
• Enter details including the State of Domicile, Name of the student, Date of Birth, Community/ Category, Father’s Name, Aadhaar card Number, Mobile Number, Scholarship Category, Gender, Religion, Mother’s Name, Annual Family Income, Email ID etc.
• Click on “Save & Continue”
• Upload the documents.
• Click on “Final Submission’’
• The application form will be successfully submitted.
