Overview of the Pre-Secondary Scholarship Examination 

The Pre Secondary Scholarship Examination will be conducted on 18th February 2024. The application form for this scholarship was open on 1st September 2023 and the last date to submit your application form for the scholarship is 30th November 2023. Students are requested to fill out the application form as soon as possible in order to get rid of the late fees. If you are submitting your application form apart from the scholarship timeline then you will have to submit a late fee of Rs 50. Students will have to submit the late fees if they are applying for this scholarship between 1st to 15 December 2023. Make sure to apply for this scholarship according to the eligibility criteria. The scholarship examination will be conducted in 7 languages.

Objective of Pre-Secondary Scholarship Examination 

The main objective of this scholarship is to help the students to continue their education without having to worry about the financial differences that they are currently going through. Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates must have domicile in the state of Maharashtra. Candidates outside the state of Maharashtra cannot apply for the scholarship exam.
• The age of the candidates should not be more than 14 years (18 years for PH candidates).
• The annual family income of the candidates from all the sources should not be more than Rs. 20,000/-
• The candidates should be studying in class 8 from any recognized school/ board of Maharashtra.

• The scholarship examination will be conducted by the organization on 18 February 2024.
• Applications open from 1st September 2023.

• 720 Rupees per month will be provided to the beneficiaries so that they can continue their education without any problem. The financial assistance will be directly transferred to the bank account of the beneficiaries.

• Passport-sized photograph of the candidate with the signature in the prescribed format.
• Bank account details of the students (bank name, Account no., IFSC code, etc.)
• Aadhaar number or Aadhaar enrollment no.
• Caste/ Category certificate

• Certificate of differently-baled
• Scanned copy signed by the principal of the concerned school

Application Fee for Pre-Secondary Scholarship Examination

• The fee for general students is Rs 200 while the fee for the reserved category is 125 Rupees 
• A total of Rupees 50 will add to the main fees for late admission of the application form.

Selection Process

• Students will be selected on the basis of the performance that they are putting forward in this scholarship examination.
• Students will have to keep up their performance if they want to renew this scholarship for the next year.
• Students will be provided with the scholarship till they complete their board exams.
