The government of Punjab has launched the Punjab Chief Minister Scholarship Scheme. Through this scheme, students will be encouraged to pursue higher education. The government will provide financial assistance up to Rs 6600 per annum to the students. This financial assistance will be provided to the meritorious students. The Chief Minister launched this scheme in the year 2017 in government colleges offering diploma courses in various streams including technology and pharmacy.
