There are a total of two scholarships available from the name of Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar and the students can apply for the Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar Full Scholarship of their choice after checking out the eligibility criteria and the benefits that are available in both of these scholarships. Pandit Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar full scholarship is available for the top 100 JEE advanced rankers which are provided by the government of West Bengal State. The students can apply for this scholarship if they have taken the JEE advanced entrance examination. Another scholarship is known as West Bengal Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar scholarship which is presented by a private organization called Paschim Midnapur Future Care Society. This will provide better education opportunities for Senior And Higher Secondary Level students.

Eligibility Criteria

    • The annual income of the student’s family should not be more than INR 2,00,000.

    • The student must be one of the top 100 rank holders in the JEE Advanced Exam
    • The student must be pursuing his/her B.Tech course from IIT Kharagpur.

    • The annual family income must not exceed more than INR 2.5 lakhs
    • The applicant must be a resident of West Bengal

    • Students having a high ranking in their class examination
    • Students must be within the grade range of 8-12
