Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Puducherry
- Applicant must belong to schedule tribe
- Student must be studying at post matriculation or post secondary level
- The student must have pass secondary or any higher examination from a recognised university or board
- Annual family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs 2 lakh

- If a student is mentally retarded then need extra coaching then such students will be eligible to receive a allowance of Rs 240 per month
