About Snehapoorvam Scholarship
Snehapoorvam scholarship will be highly beneficial to the students who are currently staying in Kerala state but are not able to support their education due to the lack of financial funds and a supportive family. This scholarship will help people to get prestigious educational opportunities if they are below 18 years of age. Around 75000 children are currently living in orphanages around Kerala state. All of these children will be able to get the benefit of this scheme. 1000 Rupees will be provided per month to the students and other benefits will be provided as per their study level.

Objective of Snehapoorvam Scholarship
There are many children in the state living in orphanages who do not have any shelter, any home to live in. They don’t have their elder ones to provide them the daily basic necessities, to support them, and to provide them that family feeling of love and affection. Under this scheme, financial assistance will be provided to the children so that they can continue their education and lead to a better future. The scheme has been started to stop the exploitation of these little flowers and provide them with all these basic facilities for a better living. Children below 5 years of age and up to class twelfth can avail of the benefits of this scheme.

- The last date to apply for the scholarship is 31st October 2023 for the session 2022-23.
Incentives Amount
The following incentive will be provided to all of the students for registering themselves under the scholarship:-

Snehapoorvam Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The beneficiary will have to follow the following eligibility criteria in order to apply for the scholarship:-
- The applicant must be a resident of Kerala state
- The applicant must be an orphan
- An applicant must be studying in any of the government or private schools of Kerala state
- The applicant must belong to below the poverty line category
- For children belonging to APL Category, the annual income must be-
- Below 20,000 for rural areas
- Below 22,375 or less for urban areas

Snehapoorvam Scholarship Online Application Procedure
The applicant will have to go through the following application procedure to successfully apply for the scholarship:-
- First of all, you will have to visit the Snehapoorvam website.
- The homepage of the scholarship will be displayed on your screen
- You have to click on the following option KSSM Web Application
- A new webpage will be displayed on your screen.
- Now you will have to log in using your credentials if you have already registered yourself.
- If you are a new user then click on the New Institution Register option
- Fill in all the required details
- Finally, login using your Beneficiary ID and Password.
- Now you will be easily able to fill up the application form.
- Fill in all the required details.
- Upload the documents and easily submit your application.
- Take a printout of the duly filled application form and submit it to your respective institution.
- After verification, the application form will be converted into PDF format and submitted to the online portal to the executive director of the Kerala social security mission

- Click on the Applciation Form option
- A new page will be displayed on your screen.
- Now you have to select the Snehapoorvam Scholarship Applciation Form.
- Click on the Downlaod option to download it.
- Fill in all the related details in the form.
- Attach the necessary documents with the application form.
- Now submit the application form to the Head of Aided/Govt. institutions (schools and Colleges) before 31st October of every year.
- The head of the institution will then verify the application form and submit it through the online portal to Executive Director, Kerala Social Security Mission.

To renew your scholarship we will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- First of all, visit the Official Website of the e-Suraksha portal
- The homepage of the website will be displayed on your screen.
- Click on the SCHOOLS/COLLEGE LOGIN option
- A new page will be displayed on your screen.
- Enter the username, password, and captcha code
- Now you have to log in using your credentials.
- Now you have to click on the option called Services.
- Click on the Renewal tab
- Now enter the student’s name, admission number, etc
- Click on Search
- Now you have to select the link named ‘select’ under the label called ‘Renewal’
- Click on the option called Renew Now
- Enter all of the details and successfully renew your scholarship
