Selection Procedure
The candidates will be selected by the organization based on various details. - Original Class X, XII, or UG Transcripts as applicable.
- For Applicant with Family Income between 2.5 to 5 lac per year:

- Income Tax Returns for the Financial Year 2017-18, 2018-19 & 2019-20 for your parents/earning members of the family.
- Salary statements for the last 3 months of all parents/earning members.
- Bank Account Statements for the last 12 months of all Parents/earning members of the family.
- Details of the family’s Financial Assets (movable and immovable property, investments, etc)
- For Businesses/Professionals: Income Tax Returns, Bank Statements, Financial Statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for the last three Financial Years) & Form 26AS

- Proof of Relation – Birth Certificates & Aadhar Cards of both Applicant and NSHM Student/Alumni
- Proof that sibling is a Student/Alumni of NSHM – NSHM Student ID Card and Graduation Transcript from University mentioning NSHM
