About Arunachal Pradesh Scholarship 2024

Arunachal Pradesh Scholarship Award Details

The following awards will be provided to the candidates in this scholarship:-

Umbrella Scheme for Education of ST Students Pre-Matric Scholarship, Arunachal Pradesh	Selected students get a monthly scholarship of up to INR 350 for a period of 10 months. Up to INR 1,000 is given as an annual book and ad-hoc grant. Students with disabilities studying in private unaided recognized schools get additional allowances which are as follows: INR 160 per month for blind students as reader allowance INR 160 per month as transport allowance INR 160 per month for severely disabled students as escort allowance INR 160 per month as helper allowance A monthly coaching allowance of INR 240 to mentally-retarded and mentally ill students
Umbrella Scheme for Education of ST Children Post Matric Scholarship, Arunachal Pradesh	Selected students receive fees for enrolment/registration, tuition, library, magazine, medical examination, and other such fees. Besides this, students also get up to INR 1,600 per annum as charges for study tours. Thesis typing and printing charges up to a maximum of INR 1,600 Additional allowance to ST students with disabilities An additional allowance of INR 1,200 for essential/prescribed books Also, a monthly allowance of up to INR 1,200

Eligibility Conditions

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for this scholarship:-

Umbrella Scheme for Education of ST Students Pre-Matric Scholarship, Arunachal Pradesh	The applicant must have the domicile of Arunachal Pradesh. The applicant must belong to the category of Scheduled Tribe (ST). The annual family income must not exceed INR 2 Lakh. The candidate must be a regular, full-time student of class 9 or 10 studying in a recognized school. The applicant must not be getting any other centrally-funded scholarship.
Umbrella Scheme for Education of ST Children Post Matric Scholarship, Arunachal Pradesh	The applicant must have the domicile of Arunachal Pradesh. ST students who have completed matriculation/ higher secondary/ any higher exam of a university are eligible. The candidate must be studying in class 11 or above. The annual family income must not be more than INR 2.5 Lakh. The applicants who are pursuing education through correspondence mode are also eligible. The candidates must not be availing of benefits from any other scholarship/stipend scheme. All the children of the same parents/guardians are eligible. Employed students on leave without pay for the entire duration of a full-time course.
Scheme for Award of Stipend to ST Students, Arunachal Pradesh	The applicants must be residents of Arunachal Pradesh. The applicants must belong to the ST category. The candidate must have scored at least 60% marks in the last exam. Class 12 passed students who pursue the following courses are eligible: B.A./ B.Com/ B.P.Ed, B.Sc, M.A./ M.Com/ LLB/ M.P.Ed/ LLM/ MPMC/ M.Ed, M.Sc, M.Phil, Ph.D., B.Sc. Agri./ Horti/ For/Seri/ Fishery, Diploma (Engg.), B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, PGDMC, TT & HM (Diploma), BFA/MFA, B.Ed., CA, M.Tech, B.V.Sc & AH.

The applicant must follow the following application procedure to apply for the scholarship:-

• First of all, you have to visit the Arunachal Pradesh Government Scholarship website of the national scholarship portal
• The homepage of the portal will open before you.

• Now you will have to Register yourself at the portal

• Students get an application ID and password on their registered mobile number.
• Now you have to log in using your credentials.
• Now you have to change your password
