About ePASS Karnataka Scholarship 2023
The Karnataka Government has presented the ePASS Karnataka Scholarship for the students of the Karnataka state who are not able to continue their education due to various numerous problems that are occurring in their day-to-day life because of a lack of financial help. People can start applying for the scholarship from 1st February 2021 and you have to make sure that you apply before the last date to avoid any disqualification.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria in this scholarship:-

| ePASS Karnataka Post-Matric Scholarship (PMS) | 1. Scholars studying at post-matriculation level of education. 2. Category 1 – The annual income of the family must not exceed 1.50 Lakhs. 3. The annual income of the family must not exceed 2 Lakhs. |
| (FAAS) ePASS Karnataka Food & Accommodation Scholarship | 1. Scholars perusing at the post-matric level in Government/Government-aided/housing colleges. 2. The annual family income should not exceed 2.50 Lakhs (for category 1) & 5 Lakhs (for 2A, 3A, and 3B categories). |
| ePASS Karnataka Fee Concession (FC) Scheme | 1. Scholars pursuing post-graduate courses can apply. 2. Annual family income should be below INR 1 Lakh (for category 1) and INR 2.50 Lakhs (for 2A, 3A, and 3B categories). |

The applicant must follow the following application procedure to apply for the scholarship:-

- Go to the Student Zone section
- Click on the scheme name
- The advertisements will be displayed on your screen.
- Read the advertisement carefully.
- Click on the Apply Online button
- The application form will be displayed on your screen
- You need to enter all of the details
- Upload all of the necessary documents
- Finally, click on Submit

- Enter the login details like username, password.
- Now click on the Login option.
Application Status

- Select the Application Status option

- Enter Application Number, Academic Year, SSLC Pass Type, Year of Pass, SSLC Register Number, Date of Birth.
- Enter the Captcha.
- Click on “Get Status”.
- The ePass Karnataka Status will be displayed on the screen.
Application Renewal Process
If you want to renew your scholarship then you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- First, go to the official website of the scholarship.
- The homepage of the scholarship will be displayed on your screen
- Go to the Student Services Button
- A drop-down list will be displayed on your screen.
- Select the Renewal Application button.
- Enter your previous year’s Application Number and Date of Birth.
- Enter the captcha code
- Click on Go.
- The details will be displayed on your screen.
- You will get the ePASS Renewal Application status.
Know Your Application Number
- Open the Official Website of the scholarship program.
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen.
- Select the Know Your Application Number option.
- A new page will appear on the screen.
- Enter the details Academic year, year of pass, etc.
- Now select the Get Scholarship Details option.
Check Report
- First, go to the official website of the scholarship.

- Select the Report option.
- A new page will appear on the screen.
- Click on the Get report option.
- The graphical report will open on the screen.
Know Your Hostel Application Status
- Open the Official Website of the scholarship program.

- Select the Know Your Hostel Application Status option under the Student tab.
- A new page will appear on the screen.
- Enter the applciation number and date of birth.
- Now click on the get status option.
Download Pratibha Acknowledgement
- First, go to the official website of the scholarship.
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen.
- Select the Pratibha Acknowledgement option under the Student Servcies option.
- A new page will appear on the screen.
- Enter all the details to be filled-in in the application form.
- Now click on the download acknowledgement option.
Download Notification/ GOs

- Select the Notification/ GOs option from the main bar.
- A new page will appear on the screen.
