FAEA Scholarship 2023 is created by the organization called Foundation For Academic Excellence And Access. The organization is providing educational opportunities to the students. About FAEA Scholarship

The Foundation Of Academic Excellence and Access will be providing this scholarship for students who are coming from the economically backward section of society. The students will be provided with FAEA Scholarship so that they can get Social Justice if they are coming from the economically or socially backward section of society. The students will be getting financial capabilities so that they can continue their education and they will also be provided economic opportunities to continue their education in high-profile institutes available in India. Objective Of FAEA Scholarship

The main objective of the scholarship program is to provide Social justice for students who are coming from the economically backward section of society. The students who are also coming from the socially backward section of society will be provided with the benefit of FAEA Scholarship schemes. Equal opportunities are to be provided to all of the students through the development of this scheme. Students who want to continue their education but do not have financial liabilities will be provided with the benefit of the scheme. Eligibility Criteria 

• Students who have passed Class XII from a recognized Board of Secondary Education in India or 1st-year under-graduate students on roll
• Students belonging to socially and economically disadvantaged sections (SC/ST/OBC/BPL Category).
• In addition, we have some need cum merit-based financial grants for General Category students, especially for those students who have obtained above 90% marks in their Higher Secondary Exam and/or have been able to get admission to first-rate Institutions of Excellence in the country.

Benefits Of The Scheme 

• Tuition fees, maintenance allowance or hostel and mess charges will be provided.
• The grant for individual students will be determined by FAEA to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines. Final amounts will be based entirely on the discretion of the Program and may cover the full or partial cost of the proposed study plans.
• The program will assist selected candidates in making all logistical arrangements related to travel and insurance.
• Selected candidates will be responsible for informing the FAEA office in New Delhi of any other grant, scholarship, bursary or financial aid they have received for their study program.
• Grant amounts may be re-negotiated on the basis of this information. Failure to report additional financial support can constitute grounds for revocation of the award.

Selection Process

• Final applications shall be reviewed and evaluated first by a regional panel comprising scholars and practitioners from academia, NGOs and another discipline.
• Shortlisted candidates will then be invited for regional interviews across India in the metropolitan city closest to the student’s domicile.
• A national Panel will make the final selection and results will be declared. The support granted shall be subject to the candidate being accepted by the host institution.
• All applications must be submitted to only the FAEA office in New Delhi. The level and duration of the award will be determined as part of the placement process.
• All decisions of the regional and national panels will be final. Any effort to influence the decision will lead to disqualification.
• FAEA staff and their family members may not serve on selection panels and are not eligible to apply for Scholarship Program. Members of selection committees, staff of the organizations managing the program in the various regions and their family members are also ineligible for financial aid under Pathways Program.
• Applications forms received after the due date will not be considered.
