Selection Process
- Students are selected on the basis of academic leadership, team leadership, community leadership, and creative leadership.
- Students must represent a diversity of educational and work backgrounds, career goals, ethnicities, citizenship/nationality, sexual orientation, and gender identities/expressions.
- Students must be pursuing an MBA degree at the partner School of the organization.
- Students must be committed in order to fulfil the mission of the organization which is women in different education and access to women in different worlds.
