What Is Jharkhand Scholarship 2023?
A lot of different types of scholarships are available in Jharkhand for students who are completing their studies in this state. The students who are permanent residents of Jharkhand state are open to applying for the number of scholarships available by the Educational Board of the state. These scholarships are available at both the school level and college level for students who are studying in Jharkhand state. The Government of Jharkhand and other Government organizations provide scholarship opportunities to people who are not economically stable. These scholarships are provided in order to provide financial support to the students who are doing really well in their studies but are not able to continue their studies due to their economical background.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for the following scholarship schemes:-

The annual income of the family should be less than INR 2.5 Lakh (for SC/ST category) and INR 1.50 Lakh (for BC category). |
| 2. | BCCL Ke Laal and BCCL Ki Laadli, Jharkhand Scholarship | For all | This scholarship is open for the wards or BCCL employees who have completed class 10. They must be residing within a 25 km radius of BCCL. The minimum percentage of marks to be obtained by them in board examination is 60%. The annual income of the family should be less than INR 6 Lakh. The students suffering from any chronic disease are not eligible to apply for this scholarship. |
| 3. | Combined Counselling Board Scholarship (CCB) | For all | The students pursuing diploma level, degree level, or postgraduate level courses can apply for this scholarship. They must have passed the last qualifying examination with at least 40% to 50% marks. |
