Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria in order to apply for this prestigious scholarship:-
- Applicant should be Domicile in Maharashtra and the applicant belongs to Maharashtra State and Karnataka state border can apply for the scheme.
- The family annual income limit is up to Rs. 8.00 lakh.
- As per Government Resolution first two children are eligible for the scheme.
- A candidate who is admitted under the general category is eligible.
- Courses from GR 07/10/17 (DHE courses) can apply.
- Candidates are eligible for those who have taken admitted under the general category and SEBC Category.
- Courses by GR 07/10/17 (DHE courses) can apply.
- Applicants should not avail of any other scholarship or stipend.
- Students are not eligible who have taken admission in Distance Education, virtual learning, and part-time courses.
- The Courses approved by (Government /University/AICTE, PCI/COA/MCI/NCTE/ etc ) are eligible.
- During the course, candidates should not have a gap of 2 years.
- Applicants should attempt every semester or annual exam.
Renewal Policy
The applicant will have to go through the following renewal policy in order to renew the scholarship available in this prestigious scheme:-
- Last year, students who availed of scholarships can apply for the Renewal scholarship.
- To Renew the application, the student should use an application ID from the list published on the website of www.dhepune.gov.in, Higher Education Directorate
Documents Required
The applicant must submit the following documents in order to apply for this prestigious scholarship: successfully-
- Students should submit a domicile certificate issued by an Authorized official.
- Students should submit the previous year’s Annual income certificate issued by an Authorized official.
- CAP Related document. (only for B.ed, Law, BPed, MPed).
- Gap Related Document(if Gap is there)
- Family Declaration Certificate about two children.
- Attendance Certificate.
