- Self-Certified Community Certificate from the applicant attaining 18 years of age/others

- For Scholarships under the MCM-based Scheme, students have to upload a self-attested mark sheet, indicating 50% marks and above in the last qualifying exam at higher secondary/graduation level
- Residential/Domicile Certificate
- Student’s bank account number with the IFSC Code of the bank branch (regarding Pre-Matric Scheme, bank account number with the IFSC code of the parents/guardians
- Bonafide Student Certificate from School/Institute, if located in a State/UT different from domicile State/UT
- Student’s Aadhaar card number or bonafide student certificate from the school/institute, and scanned copies of Aadhaar enrolment ID (if applied for Aadhaar) and bank passbook

To apply for the scholarship program through NSP, we will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- The candidates will first have to visit the Scholarship Form website of the national scholarship portal by clicking on the link given here
- The home page will open on your screen.
- You have to click on the option called New Registration
- The instructions will open on your screen.
- Tick mark the declaration.
- You have to click on the option called the “Continue” option.
- Enter all of the details.
- Enter name, date of birth, mobile number, gender, email ID, bank details etc.
- Enter the captcha code
- Click the “Register” option.
- Now you have to log in using your credentials.
- You have to click on the option called Application Form
- The application form will be displayed on the screen
- Enter details including the State of Domicile, Name of the student, Date of Birth, Community/ Category, Father’s Name, Aadhaar card Number, Mobile Number, Scholarship Category, Gender, Religion, Mother’s Name, Annual Family Income, Email ID, etc.

To apply for the scholarship you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- Click on the link given here to go to the official website of the scholarship
- The homepage of the Scholarship will open on your screen.
- Click on “Scholarship Portal” under the Apply Online/E-Services section.
- A new page will open on your screen.
- Click on the “Sign-Up/Register” button.
- A new page will open on your screen.
- You will be redirected to the Rajasthan Single Sign-On page.
- Click on the “Citizen” tab.
- Select any one from the options to register yourself – Bhamashah, Aadhaar, Facebook, Google+ or Twitter to start the registration.
- Now you need to create your SSOID and password
- Successfully register yourself.
- Now you need to visit the sign-in page of Rajasthan Single Sign-On again.
- You have to log in using your credentials.
- Update your profile by filling in all the necessary information.
- You will be directed to the user dashboard containing various digital options for you.
- Select the “Scholarships” option to enter the scholarship application.
- A dialogue box will appear asking – “How would you like to register yourself?”
- Click on “Student”
- The application form will open on your screen.
- Fill in all required information.
- Upload the supporting documents.
- Finally, submit the application.
Application Procedure Through Oasis
To apply for the oasis scholarship, you will have to follow the following application procedure:-
- First, you will have to visit the official website of Oasis scholarship by clicking on the link given here
- The homepage of the organization will open on your screen.
- Now, you have to click on the option called Students Registration
- A new page will open on your screen
- Choose the district where your institution is based.
- Now, enter all of your details.
- Click on submit.
- Now you will have to verify your caste certificate.
- Once verified you will be directed to the registration page.
- Fill in all mandatory fields
- Click on submit.
- On successful registration, you can download your permanent user ID/application number and password.
- You need to download it by clicking on the “Download Login information/acknowledgment slip” button.
- Now you will have to log in using your credential.
- Click on the “Login Now” button.
- Enter your user ID.
- Enter your password.
- Now, fill in your further details and bank information carefully.
- Click on ‘Save and Proceed’.
- You can click on the “Verify and Lock” button to lock all the information filled.
- Once you have locked the information filled, you cannot make any changes further.
- After successfully locking, the application form, click on the “Download Application Form” button to get the computer-generated copy of the filled-in application form.
- You have to submit the printed copy of the duly-filled application form along with the copies of all supporting documents to your concerned BDO (Block Development Officer) for the Block area or PO cum DWO for the municipality corporation.
- Attach the following documents with the application form-
- Your recent stamp-size photograph
- Attested copy of your caste certificate/acknowledgment slip
