To help all the students who want to pursue their Masters or PhD degree from France the France authorities launched the Eiffel Scholarship. Under the Eiffel Scholarship, the authorities will provide financial assistance and other benefits to international students who want to pursue higher education in France. The last date to apply for the Eiffel Scholarship is January 10, 2024. A monthly allowance of €1,181, will be given to the selected applicants under the Masters’s degree. The selected applicants under the PhD degree program will get a monthly stipend of €1,800.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only applications submitted by French higher education institutions are accepted.
- Applicant must be below the age of 25 years to apply for the Master’s degree.
- The applicant must be below the age of 30 years to apply for Ph.D. degree

Emile Boutmy Scholarship

Under the Emile Boutmy Scholarship, the authorities will provide financial assistance and other benefits to international students who want to pursue higher education in Sciences Po. The last date to apply for the Emile Boutmy Scholarship is 21 February 2024. A monthly allowance of €14,210, will be given to the selected applicants under the bachelor degree. The selected applicants under the Master’s degree program will get a monthly stipend of €13,100.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a first-time applicant for the scholarship.
- The applicant must be from a non-European Union state.
- The applicant household does not file taxes within the European Union,
- The applicant must be admitted to the Undergraduate or Master’s program.
