What is Tamil Nadu National Merit Cum Means Scholarship?
The Government of TN has launched TN National Merit Cum Means Scholarship. Through this scheme, financial assistance will be provided for higher education. Under this scheme, financial assistance of up to Rs 12000 per annum will be provided to the beneficiaries. To get the benefit of this scheme the family income of the applicants should be less than Rs 350,000. Now beneficiaries will not be required to depend on anyone to pursue higher education as the Government of Tamil Nadu is going to make financial resources available to them.
