What Is MMJKY Scholarship 2024?

Mukhyamantri Jankalyan (Shiksha Protsahan) Yojana is for the children of unorganized workers who are registered with the Labor Department of the Government of MP. Under this scheme, the government will support the students financially to pursue higher education (graduate/polytechnic diploma / ITI courses). This scheme has been started to promote higher education among students. Eligible contenders belonging to MP who meet the eligibility conditions set by the government may apply to grab the benefits.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh state
• Only those students whose parents are working in the unorganized sector and registered under Labor Department can apply
• Applicant must have taken admission in any undergraduate, postgraduate, polytechnic, diploma, or ITI programs.
• Applicants who are pursuing MBBS/Dental course from a government or a private medical college through NEET can apply only.
• Law graduates must clear CLAT exam to apply for this scholarship

Engineering degree at a government college	Full Fees Scholarship
Grant/ Non-government Engineering college	INR 1,50,000 or the total course fee (whichever is less).
