The Hubert Humphrey Fellowship program invites mid-career and young professionals from a variety of developing nations to the United States for a year of leadership development, non-degree graduate-level study, and professional engagement with American peers. Over 4,600 Fellows from 157 countries have participated in the program over the previous four decades, and more than 40 colleges in the United States have hosted them. Eligibility Criteria

- Academic Qualification: Must hold an undergraduate degree from an accredited university.

- Part-time work experience is not considered.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in the English language & attempt TOEFL/IELTS exams to demonstrate the same.
- Must have a public service record in the community and minimal to no prior experience in the USA.

Application Procedure Under Fellowship 2023
- The candidates have to contact the US embassy or Binational Fulbright Commission in their country.
- The candidates have to select their country and send the application according to their own country’s deadline.
- Every country has a different application deadline.
- The candidates have to select the host University for their desired course.
- The courses must select from the list.
- Applications are submitted to the US Commission or US embassies in the home countries because Commissions and Embassies review applications submitted for the Humphrey Fellowship Program, invite selected applications for an interview, and determine which applications are to forward for further consideration to the Institute of International Education in the US.
