Benefits Of JNCASR Summer Research Fellowship Programme
The following benefits will be provided to the candidates:-
- Fellows will receive a grant of INR 10,000 per month.
- The selected aspirants will also be eligible for travel support as per the norms set by the Centre.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for the scholarship:-
- Aspirants must have secured not less than 80% in maths and science in the 10th and 12th examinations or equivalent. They must not score less than first class in graduation and post-graduation (if applicable).
- Students in the below-mentioned courses can apply for life sciences-
- 1st and 2nd years of B.Sc
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of B.S
- I, II, and III years of B.E/B.Tech
- I year of M.Sc
- I-IV year of integrated M.Sc
- Students in the below-mentioned courses can apply for physical sciences, engineering sciences, and mathematics-
- II and III years of B.Sc.
- II, III, and IV years B.S.
- 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years of B.E/B.Tech.
- I year of M.Sc.
- I-III year of Integrated M.Sc
- Students in the below-mentioned courses are eligible for applying for research in material sciences and chemical sciences-
- IV years of BS-MS
- I year of M.Sc.
- IV years of Integrated M.Sc.
