Music Fine Arts Scholarship Amount

Terms and Conditions
The applicant must follow the following terms and conditions to apply for the scholarship:-
- Candidates must abide by the following terms and conditions relating to Music Fine Arts Scholarship (MFAS) by DCE Kerala.
- Department of Collegiate Education administers the online application process for DCE MFAS, DCE will not entertain requests for applications in offline mode
- Candidates must have bank accounts in any of the following banks to avail of the scholarship amount
- South Indian Bank
- Federal Bank
- State Bank of India
- State Bank of Travancore
- The bank account of the candidate must be linked with their Aadhaar card
- Candidates enrolling themselves in any other scholarship aren’t eligible for the DCE Kerala MFAS
- Candidates must enclose the declaration with the certificate of passing the annual examination
- Submission of a hard copy of the duly filled application form with relevant documents is mandatory
- Candidates must submit a copy of the first page of the bank passbook which must include name, account number, branch code, and branch address
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be permanent citizen of Kerala State.
- Students studying in Govt. Music Colleges and Govt. Fine Arts Colleges are eligible to apply.
Music Fine Arts Scholarship Selection Process
The applicant must follow the following selection procedure in this scheme:-
- Candidates need to fill the application form online. After submission of the online application form, candidates need to send the hard copy of the duly filled form along with specific documents to the head of the institute. These documents will be verified by the Head of the Institute/ Principal. After the verification process, the head of the institutes can approve the online application of the candidate by visiting the scholarship portal.
- After the approval by the head of the institute/principal, the college must retain the documents along with a hard copy of the registration form. The scholarship inspection team under the Department of Education will inspect all the documents of the candidate before the final selection. Applications received under each course will be shortlisted to award the following number of scholarships.
