A new sports scholarship is presented by the organization of the Odisha Government and this scholarship is only available for sports candidates who are currently living in Odisha state. About ODM Scholarship 2023
In order to provide better education and financial support to the local talent, the Odisha state government is providing a proper scholarship for Rs 2 crore to the sports candidates present in the state. ODM Scholarship will be available through the ODM educational group on Sunday and all of the candidates who are eligible for this scholarship will fund for the next 5 years. The candidates can start applying for this scholarship opportunity which is presented by ODM Global School partners with Bhubaneswar-based Ardor Football Academy, and other celebrity brands like NBA Basketball School, Rohit Sharma Cricket Academy, and Mahesh Bhupathi Tennis Academy.

Benefits Of ODM Scholarship
The scholarship opportunity is provided by various educational institutions present in the state and in the country and this scholarship will search for budding talent. The talent will be provided 2 crore rupees for the time period of 5 years and then they will be provided opportunities so that they can kick start their career in sports without having to worry about the financial assistance that they need. The scholarship is only available for the local residents of Odisha and this year the COO is looking forward to players from cricket, basketball, football, and tennis. The team will do the talent scouting from September to December 2022. This year two footballers Kuldeep Hembram and Prithviraj Das selects for the scholarship.
Features Of ODM Scholarship
The beneficiaries will be provided free education in the ODM Global School and they will spend their total training expenses. They have prepared a special educational curriculum for these players and they will get five to six hours per day for their sporting activity. The beneficiaries were also interviewed by news organizations and they express their gratitude to be a part of this scholarship of virginity in order to make their future bright and happening for the Indian Sports Foundation. The students have successfully transferred to the global School and now they will be continuing their education in the Global School rather than in their current School. Even the education of the candidates will be free of cost.

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for this scholarship scheme:-
- The applicant must be a resident of Odisha state
- The applicant must be a sports candidate.
- The applicants must have some achievement in regard to the sports that they are playing.

Application Process Under Scholarship 2023
The scouting will occur by the concerned authorities from September to December 2022 and then the candidates will get selected for the scholarship of possible posts by the organization of Odisha Education Department. The candidates will be provided this scholarship based on the achievements that they have taken into account in sports.
