Southeast Asian Mathematical SEAMO Olympiad 2024 is an international-level mathematics Olympiad competition. SEAMO is originated in Singapore and founded by Mr. Terry Chew in the year 2016. The competition was first started in eight Southeast Asian countries and later in 2019, the competition was recognized by 18 countries. The competition grow its popularity and now 22 countries are taking part in it. Interested students from India can also take part in the competition. SEAMO Olympiad 2024
Southeast Asia Mathematical SEAMO Olympiad has been held since 2016 and India has been a part of it since then. From across 22 countries, 20000 students are going to participate in the competition. The Olympiad is held for both primary and secondary schools. Students who meet the eligibility conditions mentioned below in this article can apply for the Olympiad. Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant should be in class 1st to 12th in a recognized School by board
- Applicant should be a citizen from a southeast Asian countries
Paper Pattern
The examination contains 25 questions. Students will get 90 minutes to complete the paper. The difficulty of the problems increased from lower to higher classes. The examination is divided into six papers from lower to higher classes as mentioned below
- Paper A or lower primary (grades 1& 2)
- Paper B or middle primary (grades 3 & 4)
- Paper C or upper primary (grades 5 & 6)
- Paper D or junior (grades 7 & 8)
- Paper E or intermediate (grades 9 & 10)
- Paper F or senior (grades 11 & 12)

SEAMO Olympiad 2024 Application Procedure
- To register for the olympiads students or parents or teachers have to visit the SEAMO Olympiad website
- From home page of the portal go to the register option
- Chrome opens the page selects sign up option and provide the information as required
- Hit sign up button and complete the verification for registration
- Select one of the options that appear on the screen and choose the next button
- Select register as a new candidate option and again select register option
- Fill in the details in the application that appears on the screen
- Follow the screen and complete the application form
- Submit the application form and take a printout of it for further use
