About T-Works Fellowship 2023
T-Works Fellowship is an initiative of the Telangana government for individuals. Under this program, fellows will get the position based on the work experience skills, and abilities of the candidate. The work location will be Hyderabad Telangana. Selected fellows will have to spend a few weeks learning about the T-work’s existing programs and conceptualizing new programs to accomplish the vision of the organization. Thereafter fellows have to work for the execution of the proposed plans. Fellows can work independently with the existing team or take complete ownership of the project. - Applicants who have work experience less than 10 years will get remuneration of rupees 40000 per month

Selection Procedure
Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of the following four stages
- Stage 1: Initial screening based on candidates’ application
- Shortlisted candidates will go for the stage 2: Technical round
- Those candidates who clear the second stage are eligible for the stage 3 which is Interview with management and HR
- For the final selection, individuals will have to go for the stage 4 which is Interview with the CEO
- Decision taken by the CEO is final
