About VIT Scholarship 2023
Vellore Institute of Technology is providing scholarship opportunities for students who have passed Class 12 and are willing to study B.Tech. degree programs from this university. The objective of this scholarship is to encourage meritorious students by providing tuition fee waivers to them. The students will be provided with opportunities so that they can continue their education without having to worry about the financial needs that they need to fulfill. The candidates need to follow the eligibility criteria to successfully apply for the scholarship program and fill out the application form available on the official website.

Award Details
The following awards will be available to the candidates in this scholarship:-
- The amount of the scholarship will be based on the performance of candidates in the Class 12 examination and in the qualifying examination of VIT i.e, VITEEE.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to apply for the scholarship:-
- The applicant must either appear or have passed the Class 12 examination.
- The applicant has secured an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology in the Class 12 examination.
- The applicant has a date of birth on or after 1st July 1996.
- For SC/ST students and students belonging to Jammu and Kashmir and the northeastern states namely Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura, the average marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology will be 50%.
Document Required
The following documents must be submitted to apply for the scholarships:-
- Photograph: The size of the image should be between 10 KB and 200 KB with a dimension of 3.5 CM X 4.5 CM.
- Signature: The size of the image should be between 10 KB and 200 KB with a dimension of 3.5 CM X 1.5 CM.

VIT Scholarship 2023 Application Process
The applicant must follow the following application procedure to apply for this scholarship:-
- You can get the application form in person, by preparing a demand draft of INR 1200 in favor of the Vellore Institute of Technology from the following places:
- VIT, Vellore Campus
- VIT, Bhopal (MP)
- VIT, Amaravati (AP)
- VIT, Chennai Campus, or
- From the designated list of these post offices.
- Fill out the OMR application form carefully using a black ballpoint pen.
- Paste a recent, passport size, a color photograph of good quality, and sign in the space provided.
- Send the application form in the separate envelope provided through registered post or speed post to the address mentioned below:
