Eligibility Criteria
- An applicant must be a citizen of an IDB member country
- The age of the candidate should not exceed more than 35 years
- The candidate must have engaged themselves in full-time employment in an academic research or development institute
- The candidate must have clear the eligibility criteria of the IDB merit scholarship program
- An applicant must have an admission offer from KAUST for a PhD program

- The selected candidates will get a monthly living allowance from $20,000 to $30,000 annually
