AIF Banyan Impact Fellowship 2024: Apply Online, Eligibility and Last Date

The American Indian Foundation launched the AIF Banyan Impact Fellowship 2024. To help applicants from India and America exchange information about their culture and learn about grassroots development and inclusive leadership the American Indian Foundation launched the AIF Banyan Impact Fellowship 2024. The main aim of launching the AIF Banyan Fellowship 2024 is to allow young professionals from India and the U.S. to serve with development organizations in India. The selected applicants under the fellowship will get a living stipend, health insurance, professional development, and other benefits from the authority. All the applicants who clear the eligibility criteria must fill out the application form on the official website to avail the benefits of this fellowship.

About the American Indian Foundation (AIF)

To close the gap between the cultures of India and America the authorities formed an American Indian Foundation which helps the Indian nationals and Americans to exchange knowledge about their cultures and traditions. The AIF works as a platform for the betterment of the citizens of India who need more facilities to live a comfortable life. The vision of AIf is to create a more equitable, inclusive, and vibrant democracy in India where each individual, regardless of location, gender, or social status, can realize their full potential. The American Indian Foundation also launched various scholarships or fellowships to the youth of India who are financially unstable.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicants must be either U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents, or Indian Citizens.
• The applicants must be young professionals between the age of 21-35 by the program start.
• The applicants must have completed at least a Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree before the program starts.
• The applicants must be willing and able to serve on the ground in India for the full duration of the program.
• The applicants must bring both skills and experience, as well as an eagerness to learn with host communities on the ground.
• The applicants must be willing to learn a local language if required for the project.
• The applicants must be committed to enriching learning opportunities for the fellowship community and positively contribute to building U.S.-India bridges of understanding and partnership during their time of service and after.

Financial Assistance

• The selected applicants under the AIF Banyan Impact Fellowship 2024 will receive a living stipend.

• The application date for the AIF Banyan Impact Fellowship 2024 will start on October 1, 2024
• The last date to apply for the AIF Banyan Impact Fellowship 2024 is July 31, 2025.

Selection Process

• The applicants will be selected based on their clearance of eligibility criteria.
• The applicants must be US citizens or Indian citizens to be selected for the fellowship.
• Only the applicants who are between the age group of 21 to 35 years will be selected for the AIF Banyan Impact Fellowship 2024.
• The applicant must have all the required documents before filling out the application form.
• The applicant must of the application form before the last date to be selected for the fellowship.

• Click on the option Create Account.
• After you will submit your application a short selection will be done by the authorities.
• If the applicants clear the short selection then they will call for a personal interview.
• The authorities will ask the applicant about their project and their behavior and attitude towards the fellowship.
• After the project portrayal, the host organization will choose the selected applicants by the AIF authorities.
•  If the applicant is chosen by the host organization than they can start their work in the organization.
